Reservations & Cancellations
Services are provided by appointment only; scheduling 1 week in advance is recommended. A credit card is required to hold a spa service appointment. Upon check-in, form of payment may be changed. Belle Amie day spa and salon day spa requires a minimum of 24 hours to cancel scheduled appointments.

If an appointment is not canceled within this timeframe, 50% of the reserved services will be charged to the credit card on file. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals, nor can we extend the spa service time for a late arrival.

Group appointments & packages
A credit card is required to book group appointments and packages. Please allow 24 hours for cancellations. If appointments are missed or not cancelled within the 24 hours, a 50% charge for the services will be billed to the credit card on file. We offer many packages for individuals and groups. Our staff will customize the most appropriate treatments based on time, needs and budget.

Consultations
Complimentary consultations are available and recommended for all services; however, each consultation must be scheduled prior to the scheduled spa service.

Checking In
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time for check in and for you to begin your spa experience.

Contra-Indications
It is important to disclose any special medical conditions or medications, including, but not limited to: heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, pregnancy, acne, recent injury and recent surgery. Some treatments and services may be contra-indicated.

Payment
Upon check-in, each guest is prompted to pre-pay for services. We want to guarantee the most enjoyable and relaxing experience possible. You will have no hassles as you exit the spa. Belle Amie day spa and salon accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Gift Cards and Cash as forms of payment.

Children
Children under age 13 are unable to receive treatments. Teens between age 13 and 17 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before receiving services.

Cell phone and mobile devices usage
Our goal is to provide the most relaxing, serene and state of well-being possible. We ask that pagers, cell phones and handheld devices are silenced before entering the spa.

We are committed in seeing that all services are pleasing to you. If your spa experience is not as expected, please notify us. We will make every effort to address your concern.

Belle Amie day spa and salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items; therefore please consider leaving valuable items at home.
